We are the data controller for personal data processed on this site.
The email field
When you sign up, we store your email address, the time you signed up and the text you agreed to ("One email when it's ready. Nothing else."). We use it for one thing: to send you one email when Bavn is ready.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to bavn@snedled.dk, and we will delete your address.
We delete your address right after we send that email, and no later than 24 months after you signed up. After sending, we keep a non-readable record (a one-way hash of your address, the date and the text you agreed to) for 12 months, only to document that you gave consent.
The data is stored with Cloudflare (see Hosting). We don't share it with anyone else.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our data processor. To deliver the page and protect it against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. Cloudflare may process this data outside the EU/EEA; such transfers are covered by Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Email addresses from the signup form are stored in the EU, in a Cloudflare D1 database.
Statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across sites. We only see aggregated numbers.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete personal data about you, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to bavn@snedled.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
